At Plushie Dreadfuls, we want you to love your new companion; if your plushie isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, un-cuddled condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your plushie in its original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure it stays protected during its journey home.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
