Plushie Dreadfuls - Autism Spectrum Rabbit Goth Edition - Plush Rabbit Stuffed Animal

Goth Autism Bun is a creature born of the dark overlap between two of our favorite experiences. Part from the sensory richness of goth culture - a love of velvet, lace, candlelight, and rich visual aesthetics - where we enter communities that build worlds around how things feel. This is a place where noticing the details is a kind of superpower. 
Another part where rules rule. The layering, the color palettes, the musical styles - many autistic people find deep comfort in systems, categories, and patterns - and goth is a highly structured aesthetic. No wonder the pattern-oriented mind vibes so well in this space!

Both groups know what it's like to be the person standing at the edge of the party. Goth is the tribe of loners. A tribe where being quiet, intense, and a little apart from the rest is the vibe.
And the Autism Spectrum Rabbit Goth Edition captures all this and more. The masking and unmasking that allows one to feel more like yourself. Knowing every Bauhaus B-side. It's a (black) celebration rather than something to be pathologized.

No matter how we get there, our charge is to respect one another's needs and choices.
